Dr. Kaplan developed a program over 15 years of working with young adults to help them successfully prepare for adulthood. She did not want anyone to “fail to launch” under her watch. The program is called “Life Prep” and includes many evidence-based approaches and treatments. Individuals report that they love the program and it gave them concrete tools to succeed when they were done with college/post high-school.

The program is 8 sessions (all taught by Dr. Kaplan, and pre-recorded so you can move at your own pace). The price is $50 for the ALL 8 sessions!
